Germenia K. Barbadillo is a Project Technical Assistant I under the DOST-PCAARRD-funded project titled “Advocating for the Institutionalization of Payment for Water Ecosystem Service (P-WES) in the Philippines.” She has experience in government and non-government sectors on research, administrative, and finance roles. Her government experience was focused on the evaluation and impact assessment of agricultural and rural development projects by DAR, DENR, DA-BAR, and UNICEF. She earned her undergraduate degree in Agricultural Economics, majoring in Agricultural Finance and Cooperatives, at the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
