Dr. Roger A. Luyun, Jr. is a Professor and current Director of the Institute of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering at CEAT. He obtained his BS and MS degrees in Agricultural Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and his Ph.D. from Kagoshima University, Japan. His fields of expertise are in hydrology, water resources assessment, irrigation engineering, groundwater management, hydrologic modeling, hydraulic structures, and agrometeorology. Dr. Luyun has over 20 years of experience in managing and providing technical assistance to water resources and irrigation development projects in the Philippines.
